Do you ship worldwide?

We are currently shipping all over United States. We are working on enabling International Shipping soon.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders above $75. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are delivered from our US, Europe or China warehouse depending on the order demand and design. Once you place your order, there will be a 1-2 day processing period followed by a 7-10 day shipping period. Our estimated delivery time on most of the items is 7 - 10 business days, but it may vary depending on which country/location the item is sourced from.  Feel free to write to us at support@eluxekart.com with any query that you may have regarding your shipment.   

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@eluxekart.com with your name and order number, for us to investigate and expedite for you.

Why is my order delivery taking time?

Our orders are delivered from our US, Europe or China warehouse depending on the order demand and design. Our estimated delivery time for most of the products is 7-10 days for US. We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about the status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our warehouse. So once it leaves our warehouse, it will reach you :)

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-2 days), and is sent to your email address once order is dispatched. You can write to us at support@eluxekart.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number. 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What if my item is faulty or damaged? 

If you receive a faulty or defective item, just send us a picture of it with details at support@eluxekart.com along with your order number and we will make it right for you.

How can I pay?

We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.  

What about Customs & Taxes?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. Custom fee, if applicable, is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
