SHIPPING

LuxeKart is currently shipping all over United States. We are working on enabling International Shipping soon.
At LuxeKart, we understand how important it is for you to receive purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Our estimated delivery time on most of the items is 7 - 10 business days, but it may vary depending on which country/location the item is sourced from. We use US Express Shipping or other express shipping partner, to ensure on time delivery of all our products. On exceptional cases there may be a potential delay due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.  
Rest assured, we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders above $75. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@eluxekart.com with your name and order number, for us to investigate and expedite for you.

RETURNS

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from LuxeKart, we
are happy to process a refund. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@eluxekart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like beauty and personal care goods (such as bath and body products). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Kindly note, it may take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
